You can pay by card or through PayPal.
Conditions for card payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard.
Card payments are handled by our partner Digital River World Payments and are of the highest security standards. To read more about secure payments, please see Security below.
The maximum limit when placing an order online is € 650.
Payment is reserved on your account when you confirm your order and the amount is collected when we dispatch your order.
Security
Card payments are handled by our payment service provider Digital River World Payments. All transactions between a customer and inkClub, as well as between inkClub and Digital River World Payments, are always protected and safeguarded by utilising secure technology standards (SSL/HTTPS). The card company's terms and conditions are valid upon unauthorized use of credit and debit cards. Your card number and personal information is protected by Digital River World Payments and will not be forwarded to a third party. Card numbers are never stored by inkClub.

Deliveries
We deliver to your doorstep. Rapid delivery within Ireland whatever the size of the order. A shipping charge of
€ 4.95 will be processed for each order. Deliveries are normally sent as mail (letter) and bulky items as parcels.
Delivery time
Orders are normally dispatched the same day as when you place your order.
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 days.
Back orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will retain all items on back order until we can dispatch the entire order.
Warranty
All ink and toner products sold by inkClub through this website can be used in printers bought in Europe. inkClub guarantees that the products will function in the way they are intended to function, and that they will cause no damage to printers bought in Europe. If the product is not working as intended inkClub will replace it free of charge. The warranty for your printer is valid regardless of what ink or toner brand you choose to use.
Excluded from warranty are empty and/or used up cartridges.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 30 working days after you receive the goods (does not apply to business to business transactions). If you wish to return goods within the 30 day cooling off period you MUST inform us in an e-mail to our Customer Support. Include your invoice number and the reason why you want to cancel your order and you will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be paid by you, and the goods must be in original packaging. You return the goods on your own risk.
Complaints
If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail Customer Support, include full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately we can not accept claims on empty and/or used up cartridges as they can not be seen as being faulty. inkClub holds the right to charge you for replacements if the claimed cartridges are empty and/or used up.
False orders
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with Swedish law, since inkClub is situated in Sweden, and since Sweden is the country where all business transactions take place. inkClub AB follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Age limit
You must be 18 years or older to order from inkClub.
Order confirmation
Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, inkClub will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and inkClub may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including inkClub's terms and conditions of sale.
inkClub reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that inkClub's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to inkClub for the product giving rise to inkClub's liability.

We only keep personal information for as long as it required and for the purpose it was collected. As an additional security measure we remove all payment details from our servers as soon as practicable after the order is processed.
We supply personal information to our distributors and bankers for the purposes of collecting payment and dispatching your order. The transfer of personal information is always undertaken using secure encryption (SSL) technology.
Personal information of any type is never transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
